“FOREVER-IN-COMPLIANCE” PROGRAM

PROFILE: Designed for companies with 10,000 pounds of ammonia on-site who have an existing, functioning PSM/RMP Program in place.

Airgas Specialty Products will develop an Internet-based documentation and training system based on your existing PSM/RMP program. This system will be the central repository for all PSM/RMP documentation and will make updating and accessing information as easy as possible. Fully electronic training modules with documentation records for each employee will also be developed and maintained on the website.

GENERAL DUTY RISK MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

PROFILE: Designed for companies with less than 10,000 pounds of ammonia on-site who want to meet the EPA “General Duty” requirements imposed on all companies who handle any amount of hazardous chemical.

Airgas Specialty Products has prepared an EPA General Duty Risk Management program which includes the following elements:
